Question: Are your products guaranteed?
Answer: Yes. We offer a full 12 months guarantee.

Question: How can I place my order?
Answer: By post, telephone, Fax or the Internet. If posting, send your photo and payment to- emme, p.o.box 51, Bootle, Merseyside. L20 9QL. U.K.

Question: How can I pay for my order?
Answer: Most major Credit and Debit Cards, Cheque and Postal Orders.

Question: When will i receive my goods?
Answer: Normally 10 working days, however please allow up to 28 days.

Question: How do I order a personalised product?
Answer: You can post or e-mail your photo/artwork. If sent by post your photo will be returned with your order.

Question: If I order a personalised product is the quality of the picture good?
Answer: Most of the time yes, however remember we can only copy from the photo you send or e-mail to us. Please send a good quality photo. Exact colour match is not always possible.

Question: If my photo is slightly damaged can you re-touch it?
Answer: Yes. Each photo receives a general re-touch before we produce your personalised jewellery or gift.

Question: Can the colour of the photo be changed?
Answer: Yes. For example, if you had a colour photo, it can be changed to sepia or black & white.

Question: Do you accept international orders?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Do your photo plaques or pendants fade or discolour?
Answer: No.

Question: Can i speak to somebody if I need to?

Question: How secure is this website?
Answer: We recognise the importance of security regarding credit card information you send to us over the internet. Our web server uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information including debit or credit card numbers, names and addresses. The encryption process converts the characters that you enter into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet. When you place an order, a small padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser indicating that any information provided cannot be viewed by a third party.
