Answer: Most major Credit and Debit Cards, Cheque and Postal Orders.

Answer: Normally 10 working days, however please allow up to 28 days.

Question: How do I order a personalised product?
Answer: You can post or e-mail your photo/artwork. If sent by post your photo will be returned with your order.

Question: If I order a personalised product is the quality of the picture good?
Answer: Most of the time yes, however remember we can only copy from the photo you send or e-mail to us. Please send a good quality photo. Exact colour match is not always possible.

Question: If my photo is slightly damaged can you re-touch it?
Answer: Yes. Each photo receives a general re-touch before we produce your personalised jewellery or gift.

Question: Can the colour of the photo be changed?
Answer: Yes. For example, if you had a colour photo, it can be changed to sepia or black & white.

Question: How secure is this website?
